Ras Al Khaimah being one of the lesser-known emirates, ENI needed this brochure to make a statement and put this project on the map for potential investors.
The Mangroves would offer commercial and residential tenants a convenient, high-quality, and relaxing lifestyle in the UAE’s northernmost emirate. Strategically located, The Mangroves is a project that features a large commercial space dedicated to meet the Emirate’s growth needs along with two towers – one residential and one office tower with 44 units each. The entire project is spread over a total built-up area of over 360,000 square feet, with abundant parking spaces for residents and visitors alike.
Here, residents have easy access to a host of amenities around The Mangroves including popular restaurants and major leisure and retail facilities. Other recreational amenities include Manar Mall and Tower Links Golf Course, both a short drive away from the project.
Having been based in RAK for many years, we were already very familiar with the emirate’s attributes and selling points. This 34-page brochure highlight’s the emirate’s growing importance as a destination for business and leisure with stunning imagery, detailed floorplans and facts and figures that are essential to potential investors.
